The ideal candidate should have broad training, experience, and expertise in all aspects of non-cardiac thoracic surgery, including minimally invasive surgical techniques. Particular interest in Lung Transplantation is favorable but not a prerequisite. ECMO experience is desirable. New graduates will be considered. The NTI is affiliated with Creighton University School of Medicine, Phoenix Campus, and an academic appointment is available.

The NTI is a division of Dignity Health/CommonSpirit Health with vibrant practices at St. Joseph s Hospital and Medical Center (571 beds) and Chandler Regional Medical Center (470 beds), serving all three regions of the Valley of the Sun. Both hospitals are large not-for-profit referral centers with state-of-the-art facilities, including robotic and minimally invasive surgery, advanced endoscopy, Level 1 Trauma programs, and surgical residency training programs.
