Summary
The qualified candidate will be responsible for ordering medical records through our third party medical records vendor. Once obtained, the candidate will be responsible for follow up with internal and external parties ensuring the medical records are secured accurately and timely.

Ordering medical records and working directly with our agents and third party vendor in seeing the process through to ensure records are received accurately and timelyHandle multiple processes relating to the Medical Information BureauMaintain streamlining and processing within the unitWork with Agents, New Business and Underwriters regarding needs and requirements on a case by case basis.Job RequirementsCollege degreeStrong attention to detail and accuracy a mustFinancial and billing services experience preferredMedical experience preferred, specifically medical terminology and medical office exposureMust have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); mainframe processing, and the ability to utilize dual monitorsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to meet established deadlines; must be able to work independently as well as being a team playerAbility to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment; strong interpersonal skills a mustMust be able to pass a background checkThe base compensation range represents the low and high end of the range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to qualifications, skills, competencies, location, and experience. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees.Other rewards may include an annual bonus, quarterly bonuses, commissions, and other long-term incentive compensation, depending on the position.
