The role will drive new partnership initiatives and facilitate current partnership initiatives that focus on accelerating and supporting key elements of Apple's worldwide enterprise strategy. The successful candidate is detail orientated and self-structured in their approach to work, with a business-development mentality and the ability to build and manage relationships at all levels, inside and outside of Apple. You think strategically, have proven Keynote-building and presentation delivery skills and thrive in a rapid-paced environment within a culture that relies heavily on teamwork.

Description

Main Responsibilities: Ensure the gold standards of excellence and compliance are adhered to for all regional an global partnership activities. Work across partners and internal teams on select activities, streamlining processes around partner on-boarding, go-to-market and quarterly business reviews. Review workflows and recommend / redesign processes as needed to improve scale, quality and efficiency. Continuously evaluate processes and develop opportunities for improvement. Develop scorecards by partner segment which rollout to create meaningful measurements and insights. Develop repeatable methods and or toolkits to aggregate partner metrics both quarterly and on demand. Assist with coordinating strategy and impact at selected partner events. Educate regions on standard methodologies and new or improved processes. Contribution to ad hoc activities as needed in support of WW sales initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Approximately 6+ years of sales planning experience in technology for business.
  • Experience managing technology or solutions partnerships with Global Systems Integrators (GSIs), Managed Services Providers (MSPs) or Independent Software Vendors (ISVs).
  • Experiences executing go-to-market plans.
  • Experience aggregating data using data visualization tools.
  • Ability to think strategically, work independently and take an innovative approach to problem solving.
  • Ability to rally people around common goals.
  • Bachelor's Degree or similar experience.
  • Excellent presentation and management skills; written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with strong networking ability.
  • Strong relationship building and management skills.
  • Willingness to admit mistakes.
  • Comfortable not having a complete picture before acting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experiences designing and executing worldwide go-to-market plans.
  • Conscious ability to see around corners, deal with ambiguity and create compelling stories.
  • Deep understanding of Apple's hardware, software and services offerings and the ability to position them, collectively, as the right platform for enterprise.
  • Demonstrated ability to change course when needed.
  • Master's Degree.
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $141,100 and $212,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

    Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses - including tuition.
