Lets do this. Lets change the world. The Undergraduate Co-op at Amgen offers students the opportunity to gain industry experience while completing their studies. They may assist in various departments, including engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain, depending on their course of study and the company's needs. The co-op runs from July 8th - December 20th at our Thousand Oaks, CA headquarters. Responsibilities include:
Developing and refining digital capabilities including methods for real-time data collection and visualization utilizing cloud-based architectureOptimizing organizational tools and digital systems to streamline data flow and team communicationCharacterization of new and existing equipment, identifying boundary limits and critical parametersDeveloping simple business processes to manage facets of a complex organizationWinHeres what it takes to Win We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients. The motivated individual we seek is a team player with these qualifications: Basic Qualifications Amgen requires that all individuals applying for an undergrad internship or a co-op assignment at Amgen must meet the following criteria: 18 years or olderCurrently enrolled in a full-time Bachelors Degree program from an accredited college or university with a 3.0 minimum GPA or equivalentCompletion of one year of study from an accredited college or university prior to the internship commencingEnrolled in a full-time Bachelors degree program following the potential internship or co-op assignment with an accredited college or universityMust not be employed at the time the internship or co-op startsStudent must be located in the United States for the duration of the internship OR co-opPreferred QualificationsDegree concentration in Engineering, Science, Biotechnology, Math, Computer Science, Technology, Data Science, Public Health or a related degreeJunior or SeniorPrevious Co-op or internship experienceThriveSome of the vast rewards of working here As we work to develop treatments that take care of others, we also work to care for our teammates professional and personal growth in addition to their well-being: The base pay range for this opportunity in the U.S. is $ $28.30.
