ONSITE OPPORTUNITY

This role is required to be full-time in office in Eugene, Oregon. As a result, only candidates in Eugene or surrounding municipalities should apply.

iHomefinder has stood at the forefront of real estate technology innovation for over 20 years. Our mobile product Max is a comprehensive lead conversion powerhouse specifically designed for real estate agents and teams.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer with a minimum of 3 years in quality assurance and testing on enterprise level applications. You will be the sole Quality Assurance Engineer on a Scrum Team, working closely with a Product Owner, Scrum Master, and four Software Engineers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the quality and reliability of our Max product.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Quickly understand and become an expert in our complex and highly-configurable product for real estate professionals.
Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for new and existing features.
Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
Collaborate with the Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Software Engineers to understand requirements and design comprehensive test strategies.
Lead the implementation of test automation frameworks and tools such as WebdriverIO and Appium to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
Perform both manual and automated testing to ensure high-quality product releases.
Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint review, and retrospectives.
Provide clear and concise documentation and reporting on testing activities and results.
Other duties as requested by management.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
At least 3 years of experience in software quality assurance working on a large-scale, enterprise level mobile application.
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience with test automation tools such as WebdriverIO and Appium.
Ability to understand complex software products and identify test requirements.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in the real estate technology industry.
Experience working as the sole QA Engineer on a Scrum Team.
Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools.
