Your responsibilities- Be a key part of our manufacturing processes by handling equipment, assembling products, and ensuring seamless production flow.
- Monitor and uphold our high standards of product quality, taking pride in every item that passes through your hands.
- Prioritize safety, following our guidelines conscientiously to create a secure workplace for all.
- Support the longevity of our machinery with regular maintenance, contributing to the efficiency of our operations.
- Collaborate proactively with a diverse team to overcome challenges and hit production goals. Raise all batch records and gain approval through QA in a timely manner to support manufacturing of the items at the scheduled time.
- Review of batch records prior to RFS to ensure accuracy and RFT of the batch record.
- Use SAP/Master Control & TDS to verify version numbers, work order numbers and quantities needed on the batch record prior to issuing.
- Work closely with department managers and supervisors to ensure batch records are created to meet changes in manufacturing schedules.
- Track RFT errors for the department and work with area managers and supervisors to reduce errors in improved documentation layout or processes.
- Prompt training and competency of new SOP's & documentation is conducted to appropriate level.
- Track manufacturing velocity of work orders and lead times through the process to support continuous improvement of process time to help reduce supply chain lead time.
- Batch Documents where required are maintained and improved, in the TDS system, to support compliance and operational effectiveness
- A background in manufacturing or production would be beneficial, but a strong desire to learn is also highly valued.
- An aptitude for understanding and adhering to detailed manufacturing processes and safety protocols.
- Ability to work actively, which might include standing for long periods and managing moderate weights.
- A detail-oriented and reliable approach, with the drive to take initiative and achieve high-quality results.
- Expected to be educated to High School Diploma or equivalent. Must have good numeracy and literature skills, at least GCSE in English and Math.
- Expected to have at least 2 years' experience working in a Supply environment in a role using or generating documentation.
- Role requires sound knowledge of master control documentation for product area of responsibility but training can be given.
- Word processing skills and knowledge of document systems and indexing are expected.
- General appreciation of factory operating systems is desirable.
