We are seeking a talented and motivated associate graphic & textile designer to join the Scotch & Soda and C&C California design teams.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Collaborate with Design Director seasonally on brand appropriate trend research and creation of production ready prints, graphics, embroideries, yarn dyes, and jacquards.
Prepare and submit artwork for production.
Review and comment on printed strike offs and communicate with overseas and in-house team during production approval process.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a bachelor's degree in graphic design, textile design or a related field, with at least 5 years experience in the fashion industry working on print design and repeats.
Candidate should possess strong sense of color and hand illustration skills, along with technical print knowledge.
Flexibility to design within multiple styles to match every brand's aesthetic.
Must be highly creative, organized and detail oriented, with the ability to problem solve and work on tight deadlines.
Ability to multitask, communicate clearly and work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
