Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Director of Primary Care/Internal Medicine at NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi. The Ambulatory Care Pavilion is a stunning complement to our inpatient acute care services, allowing our dedicated staff to provide patients with high-quality care in a modern, state-of-the-art environment. Opportunity Details- Actively involved in teaching medical students and house staff and supporting the academic mission of the Department of Medicine in education and research
- Implement CMS, DOH, H+H, JMC and Department programs and initiatives
- Ensure a high level of performance of each ambulatory provider for efficient and effective patient care
- Maintain clinical standards of care per EBM, national and H+H guidelines
- Oversee resident schedules and ambulatory curriculum for 100 housestaff
- Work together with ambulatory care chief and associate program directors
- Complete 6 month evaluations of physicians and NP's
- Minimum of 5 years of post-graduate clinical experience
- Current NYS license (or the ability to obtain one)
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Internal Medicine
