We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Director/VP, Professional Services to lead the development and creation of our new Services function. This will include identifying market opportunities, working with our Sales Strategy, Enablement, and Operations teams to help craft the offering, pricing, and requirements as well as educating Client Solutions and developing the Go to Market approach. Our Services offering will support our retail, agency, and brand partners.

This is a global sales leadership role, reporting to the GM of Global Enterprise, and will be responsible for overall strategy, optimization, and execution of our Services function globally.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with global Enterprise leadership to strategize and develop the holistic Criteo Services offering.
  • Alongside our SSEO teams, craft our offering, pricing, and requirements.
  • Present, evangelize, and manage the Criteo Services offering within strategic retail, brand, and agency partners.
  • Identify new areas of growth within existing clients and develop a strategy for expansion
  • Lead and manage contractual and integration discussions with the client's commercial, technical, and legal teams
  • Spearhead the development of and dialogue around complex, custom solutions for clients with assistance from Technical Solutions, Analytics and Product teams
  • Forecast, lead and deliver revenue and profit targets
  • Lead the development of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives
  • Oversee the quality and successful delivery of Services offerings to customers

Who You Are

  • Prior experience leading, developing, and implementing a Services function in a global adtech organization.
  • Proven track record in developing new relationships, partnerships, and growing new business in a complex, data-driven environment
  • Extensive consultative sales experience selling, negotiating and delivering multiplatform technology or similar
  • Proven performer of consistently delivering business results in a high growth environment
  • Strong ability to identify and navigate through client challenges and offer appropriate services to address those challenges
  • Influential connections and relationships within the retail industry, and with major brands
  • Expert knowledge of advertising agencies, both on a holding company and operating agency level
  • Understanding of the local and international media landscape and Criteo's position in it
  • Passionate about new media technology and how Criteo can define new boundaries in the online advertising industry
  • A strong technical aptitude with the ability to rapidly learn new technologies and take advantage of new concepts
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the online advertising industry and retail/ecommerce environment
  • Ability to work and deliver strong results in a dynamic small team environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving company and growing industry
  • A highly motivated team player with an entrepreneurial attitude and strong will to succeed

When determining compensation, we carefully consider a wide range of job-related factors, including experience, knowledge, skills, education, and location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The base salary pay range for this position is $190,720 to $239,952 per year. Certain roles at Criteo are eligible for additional rewards, including quarterly or annual bonus and restricted stock units.We will set you up for success and empower you to have a meaningful impact in your job, and a big part of that includes comprehensive perks & benefits.
