What You'll Be Doing:

Polycam is seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded individual to join our team as an Enterprise Account Executive, with a specific focus on expanding our presence within the enterprise segment (Organizations with over 500 employees). This role presents an exciting opportunity to lead the development and execution of strategies aimed at establishing Polycam as the go-to solution provider for businesses with contract values starting from $100K and above.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with existing customers and new leads to sell the entire Polycam platform.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate the enterprise segment, identifying key opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure, leveraging a consultative approach to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Influence pricing strategy to ensure competitiveness and maximize value for enterprise clients, considering market dynamics and customer preferences.
  • Increase customer adoption and expand Polycam's footprint within enterprise environments, driving product usage.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure alignment of strategies and seamless execution of initiatives.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies, providing valuable insights to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of experience in strategic business development and sales, with a focus on selling solutions to enterprise segments with deal sizes from $100k and above.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and engage with C-level executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analyze market trends, and develop actionable plans to drive business growth with a large extended team.
  • Strong understanding of the 3D landscape, including key stakeholders, decision-making processes, and industry challenges.
