Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business.
  • Define and validate the business needs of various stakeholders to ensure project success.

  • An ability to work with multiple stakeholders who may have competing priorities.
  • A strong background in process modeling and data analysis.
  • 5+ years of experience with requirements gathering techniques.
  • 5+ years of experience with business process reengineering and improvement techniques.
  • Previous federal government experience supporting IT requirements elicitation. Professional Certifications n/a Years of Professional Experience Five (5) years of professional experience Desired experience Previous experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) highly preferred Formal Education BA/BS degree Citizenship Requirement U.S. Citizenship required for this specific opportunity Security Clearance Requirements Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust (NACI) CRITICAL NOTES:
