Litigation Associate Attorney (2-7 years of experience) - Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid)

A leading law firm is seeking a litigation associate to join their plaintiff-side complex litigation team in Encino. This is a hybrid position, providing a balance of in-office and remote work. We welcome candidates with both plaintiff and defense backgrounds, though a plaintiff background is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle complex litigation cases on the plaintiff side from inception to conclusion
  • Conduct legal research and analysis
  • Draft legal documents such as motions, pleadings, and briefs
  • Attend court hearings and trials
  • Assist in client meetings and consultations
  • Manage caseloads and ensure deadlines are met
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex legal matters

Qualifications:

  • 2-7 years of litigation experience
  • Experience in complex litigation preferred
  • Strong written and oral advocacy skills
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • Admission to the CA Bar is mandatory
  • Interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellence
