Mortgage company eagerly looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join the team

Qualifications

3+ years of relevant work experience

Experience with large ERP system

Advanced Excel knowledge

Job Description

Take on the responsibility of managing the full-cycle accounts payable process across all entities.

You will process incoming invoices, check requests, and handle urgent inquiries efficiently.

Additionally, you will collect and maintain necessary documentation for payments, assist in supplier setup validation, and engage in general ledger accounting, including preparing journal entries with proper backup.

Support our management team with ad hoc reporting and projects while adhering to our organizational culture and values.
