The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to the 75 ISRS.


Salary ranges includes local market supplements


Duties

DUTY 1:

Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the 75 ISR Squadron's mission and goals, ensuring that target material production complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs.

DUTY 2:
Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
Advises and provides counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management.

DUTY 3:

Serves as a senior adviser and primary consultant on target material analysis and production in direct support of the 75th ISR Squadron's mission and goals.



DUTY 4:
Conducts and oversees the most complex analysis of multi-source intelligence across the entire Joint Targeting Cycle.
Evaluates relevance and reliability of both classified and unclassified information to understand adversary strengths, weaknesses, and centers of gravity.

DUTY 5:
Responsible for and oversees all aspects of target material production.
Manages and oversees target material production to satisfy component, combatant command, and support agency requirements.

DUTY 6:
Serves as a senior technical authority on Target Intelligence issues.

Makes authoritative recommendations and decisions on operational policy matters; often required to make difficult decisions committing Agency funds or resources impacting future capabilities.
