We are looking for an experienced Electrical Superintendent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the supervision of our electrical construction projects and will work to ensure that projects are completed in a timely manner and with the highest quality standards. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial and industrial construction and electrical systems, and a working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).

Position Overview: The Electrical Superintendent is responsible for supervising the electrical construction activity on various projects, including ground-up builds, additions, and renovations, across multiple sectors such as industrial warehouses, municipal, public works, federal, healthcare, medical, educational, higher ed, K-12, hospitality, and data centers. The Superintendent will also be responsible for ensuring that projects meet safety and code requirements, as well as budget and timeline goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise electricians and other personnel on the job site.
  • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical components and systems.
  • Read drawings, blueprints, and schematics to ensure accurate installation of electrical components.
  • Ensure that all employees comply with safety requirements and regulations.
  • Document the progress of projects.
  • Inspect jobs to ensure that they meet quality standards.
  • Work with project managers to ensure that projects are completed within budget and timeline goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred, and not required
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical construction.
  • Experience in commercial and industrial construction and electrical systems.
  • Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
  • Ability to read drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD), USACE, and NAVFAC regulations a plus.
  • Valid Master Electrician or Journeyman license is a plus
