The IT Manager is a vital leadership role within the IT department, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our IT infrastructure and leading a team of IT professionals. This position involves strategic planning, project management, and ensuring the alignment of IT services with the business objectives of the organization. The IT Manager will report to the VP of IT and play a key role in implementing IT initiatives, managing technology resources, coordinating with vendors & MSPs, as well as maintaining high standards of IT service delivery


Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic IT Planning and Execution: Collaborate with the VP of IT and IT Director in developing and executing IT strategies that align with the organization's goals.

- Project Management: Oversee and manage IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

- Technology Infrastructure Oversight: Ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of IT infrastructure, including network systems, hardware, and software.

- Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with technology vendors and collaborate with various stakeholders to align IT services with business needs.

- Budget Management: Manage the IT budget, optimizing resource allocation and expenditure.

- Policy Development and Compliance: Implement IT policies and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices

- Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning: Maintain disaster recovery plans and business continuity strategies.



Qualifications:

- 4+ years of experience in IT, with increasing responsibilities over time

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred

- Proven track record of managing IT infrastructure and leading IT projects.

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills.

- Experience in budget management and resource allocation.

- Knowledge of current IT trends, cybersecurity practices, and regulatory compliance

- Ability to strategize, plan, and implement IT initiatives in alignment with business objectives.
