We have partnered with a manufacturing company that is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary support for our outside sales team, ensuring smooth order processing, efficient order management, and exceptional customer service.

Sales Support Representative Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Manage order workflows, ensuring timely updates and resolution of any issues
  • Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing product or service information
  • Coordinate with the outside sales team to support their account management efforts
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company system
  • Assist with tracking and managing inventory levels as needed
  • Identify and escalate customer concerns or complaints to appropriate team members
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience


Sales Support Representative Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service, inside sales, or order management role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Experience with CRM or order management systems is a plus
