About the Role
As a Lead Account Executive at XILO, you’ll play a critical role in driving company growth by helping the AE team convert qualified leads into customers and also work with management to increase conversions and efficiency across the AE teams pipeline. As a Lead Account Executive you will work closely with our SDR team and AE team to push deals through the sales cycle, while also maintaining a book of business of Enterprise, Mid Market brokerages. This is an opportunity to be part of a high-performing, fast-paced sales team where success is measured by results and rewarded with career advancement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with management on deals and strategies to help capture more out of accounts and organize the teams pipeline to reduce sales cycles
- Set weekly cadences with your SDR team and AE team to review deals and optimize the pipeline
- Close $1.5M in new ARR in a single year.
- Maintain an average ACV of $50k across deals.
- Keep sales cycles under 90 days on average.

- Schedule 5 ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) demos per month.
- Maintain extremely high Salesforce hygiene
- Forecast deal flow with a high degree of accuracy quarterly
