Job Summary: As a key member of WorldPoint’s Marketing Team, you will play a crucial role in accelerating our growth through the development of creative projects. Your responsibilities will span graphic design, multimedia graphics, and photography—from concept to completion—while also assisting in administrative website tasks and management.


Key Responsibilities:

General:

  • Maintain brand standards while pushing WorldPoint’s design to stand out in the CPR and healthcare industry.
  • Attend professional development events quarterly to elevate the WorldPoint brand.
  • Communicate challenges and opportunities to the Creative Manager and Director of Global Marketing.
  • Proofread content for design projects and suggest enhancements to messaging.
  • Expand the portfolio of event materials to fully equip the Sales Team.
  • Attend product trainings to learn features of new and popular products.
  • Keep an organized file system with consistent naming conventions.
  • Use Monday.com for planning and project organization.

Design (Print & Digital):

  • Prepare final drafts of various projects from concept to completion with approval from the Creative Manager.
  • Prepare print-ready files and place orders with external printers.
  • Develop social media creatives, blog images, and other advertising assets for multiple channels.
  • Create infographics, how-to templates, gifs, short videos, and other media for social platforms and the website.
  • Create templates for translating vendor sales material into WorldPoint branded materials.
  • Design assets for conferences and events.

E-mail Campaigns:

  • Lead the design and implementation of WorldPoint’s external email communications.
  • Master CRM and MailChimp features, and research additional features to enhance the email creation experience.
  • Lead the creation of email templates to streamline high-urgency communications.
  • Collaborate with Sales Project Managers and Project Manager for various campaigns and weekly email announcements.

PowerPoint Presentations:

  • Design simple, efficient slide templates for company-wide use.
  • Create eye-catching presentations for conferences, events, and internal purposes.

Photography:

  • Assist in photographing demos, events, and trainings.
  • Professionally edit photos according to brand style in collaboration with the Creative Manager.
  • Train on the usage and setup of professional photo and lighting equipment.

Website:

  • Assist Creative Manager in managing e-commerce website content.
  • Update images with new WorldPoint product photography and product information with urgency.
  • Expand knowledge of HTML and Magento.
  • Assist with SEO content and metadata input.
  • Post provided blogs and design/format featured images, coordinating with the Social Media Manager for posting to social accounts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree – A degree in graphic design or equivalent field preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to proof your work.
  • Strong design portfolio (with samples).
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage timelines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Social Media Platforms, Adobe Creative Cloud (Windows), InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Self-driven, motivated, and results-focused.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Creative and strategic thinker.
