Job Title: Manufacturing Engineering Resource Planner

Location: Fort Worth, TX/ Relocation assistance

Work Type: Onsite from Day 1

Full-Time Salary: $80k - $100k

Eligibility: Open to Green Card holders and U.S. Citizens only


Job Description:

The Manufacturing Engineering Resource Planner is responsible for administering effective allocation of manufacturing resources for process planning creation and maintenance. Key responsibilities include:

  • BOM Management: Accurate consumption and management for manufacturing operations.
  • CAP Routing: Creation and maintenance of Computer Aided Planning (CAP) routings.
  • Manufacturing Orders: Creating manufacturing items/orders including NC programs, tools/fixtures, and gages.
  • Process Planning Support: Liaising with manufacturing operations for production order maintenance, tool maintenance requests, and planning support.
  • Documentation: Creating and maintaining dimensional charts, text-based instructions, material operation diagrams, and ply tables.

Key Functions:

  • Analyze and interpret Engineering Drawings, Models, Bills of Materials, Technical Specifications, and Quality Documents.
  • Ensure proper work sequence documentation.
  • Maintain compliance with company cost control standards, schedule, and quality requirements.
  • Provide technical assistance to procurement and suppliers.
  • Train, direct, and validate Production Engineering work as required.
  • Attend training and complete competency-based testing to stay current with technological advancements.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Working knowledge of Loft, Engineering, Tooling, Manufacturing, and Planning processes.
  • Proficiency in GD&T/Aerospace tolerances.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with internal and external customers.
  • Extensive aircraft manufacturing knowledge is essential.

Educational Requirements:

  • Two (2) years of college, two (2) years of experience in the aircraft industry.
  • Demonstrated capability to perform the essential functions related to the application of GD&T/Aerospace tolerances.
