Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and driven Sr. Sales Representative to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving customer success by fostering strong relationships and identifying growth opportunities in a fast-paced B2B environment. The ideal candidate will be confident in identifying new leads, cold-calling potential customers, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their needs. As a Sales Representative, you will collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and other team members, serving as a key point of contact for both new and existing customers. A strong understanding of our programs and product lines will be crucial to your success in this role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales Growth: Aggressively grow sales through exceptional relationship-building and problem-solving skills, ensuring customer satisfaction and success.
  • Account Management: Maintain and expand existing accounts by thoroughly understanding customers’ unique needs, recommending relevant products and solutions, and cultivating long-term relationships.
  • Effective Communication: Provide clear and consistent status updates to external customers and internal support teams, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  • CRM Management: Accurately update CRM records to document customer needs, schedule follow-ups, and track progress.
  • Support Functions: Assist the accounting team with invoicing and contribute to customer retention efforts.


Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of three years in sales or customer service, with at least one year in business development.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all channels.
  • Work Ethic: Hardworking, positive, and coachable attitude.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, G-suite, and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Results-Driven: Proven track record of achieving results in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills, with a commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs.
  • Data Analysis: Intermediate skills in Excel for data analysis.
