We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Electrical Engineering Manager to lead and manage the engineering aspects of renewable energy projects (specifically BESS), with a particular focus on electrical engineering. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing engineering companies through all project phases, from development to construction and operations.


**Key Responsibilities:**


- **Project Management:** Oversee and manage the engineering aspects of renewable energy projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery through development, construction, and operational phases.

- **Technical Leadership:** Provide technical guidance and expertise in electrical and communications engineering for renewable projects, including BESS projects.


- **Vendor and Contractor Management:** Coordinate and manage relationships with engineering firms, ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budgetary constraints.


- **Quality Assurance:** Ensure all engineering deliverables meet the required standards, conducting detailed reviews and providing feedback where necessary.
