Job Title: Sports Partnerships & Events Intern

We are currently searching for an intern to assist in the planning and execution of our hospitality and business development functions, with a focus on engagement around the NFL season.

Key responsibilities include:

·      Planning and preparation for events, including the administration of our proprietary gamification platform;

·      Activating and engaging corporate suite guests on behalf of the client;

·      Corporate Ticket Management

·      Post-event analysis and reporting;

·      Maintaining inventory and developing sales program for autographed merchandise;

·      Executive-level prospecting, preparation, and presentations of other sales-related materials;

·      Other related ad-hoc assignments.


The position commences in August 2024 and ends in January 2025. It is a paid internship with an hourly rate of $15 and includes reimbursement of necessary travel expenses.


Characteristics of an ideal candidate include, but are not limited to:

·      Outgoing, proactive, and sociable approach to networking and engaging others;

·      Majoring – or hold a degree in – business administration, sports management, or marketing;

·      Ability to work on some weekends, nights, and holidays dictated by the event schedule;

·      Proficient at Microsoft Excel;

·      Proficient at graphic design platforms such as Canva;

·      Successful at managing tight time deadlines;

·      Eagerness to lean into challenges with a positive attitude;

·      Ability to thrive in a team setting.
