Position Overview

Daccan, LLC is a boutique staffing and technical solutions firm currently partnering with a key client to fill a contract position for an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) and Training Lead. This role will play a critical part in supporting our client’s efforts to implement new business processes, technologies, and cultural changes. The OCM and Training Lead will be responsible for designing, executing, and managing change management strategies to ensure successful adoption across the client’s organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • OCM Strategy Development and Implementation:
  • Lead change management activities for the client, focusing on communication, readiness assessments, and training.
  • Develop and execute a structured framework to manage the impacts of new business processes, technologies, and organizational changes.
  • Identify potential areas of risk or resistance and collaborate with the client’s team to address challenges and drive adoption.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:
  • Serve as the primary OCM contact for the client, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
  • Foster strong working relationships with client stakeholders to facilitate feedback, alignment, and collaboration.
  • Use exceptional interpersonal skills to engage with people at all levels, helping to create a positive change culture.
  • Training Development and Delivery:
  • Design and develop comprehensive training plans and materials tailored to the client’s needs.
  • Facilitate both virtual and in-person training sessions to help end-users and stakeholders successfully adopt new systems and processes.
  • Support the client in delivering effective end-user training and knowledge transfer.
  • Project Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Track and report the progress of change management activities to client stakeholders, providing updates on key metrics, successes, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the client’s project teams to address potential barriers, monitor user adoption, and ensure sustainable outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a lead role focused on Organizational Change Management.
  • Strong background in OCM activities, including communication, training, and readiness for technology-driven projects.
  • Proven ability to manage change initiatives within technology environments, supporting user adoption and implementation.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience designing and delivering effective training programs (both virtual and in-person) tailored to varying user groups.
  • Certifications such as PMP, BRMP, or other PMI-related credentials are desired but not required.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with change management frameworks such as ADKAR, Prosci, or Kotter’s 8-Step Model.
  • Experience working on large-scale technology projects, including ERP implementations or similar enterprise software solutions.
  • Proficiency with change management tools, project management software, and training delivery platforms.
