Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop multiple layers printed circuit boards (PCBs) including BGAs
  • Create schematic diagrams, layout designs, and BOMs using industry-standard design software such as Eagle, Altium, and other PCB design tools.
  • Lead the design and testing of power supply circuits, ensuring high efficiency, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop analog to digital conversion circuits, optimizing performance and accuracy for specific applications.
  • Reverse engineer legacy designs to understand and improve upon existing circuitry.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers, software engineers, and product managers to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Participate in design reviews, prototype testing, and troubleshooting to ensure product performance and quality.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in PCB design and power supply design.
  • Proficiency in using design software such as Eagle, Altium, and other PCB design tools.
  • Strong expertise in analog to digital conversion circuits and circuit design principles.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and testing power supply circuits, ensuring high efficiency and performance.
  • Solid background in reverse engineering legacy designs to improve and optimize existing circuitry.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming technical challenges.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality and reliable designs.
  • Ability to work independently and lead projects, as well as contribute effectively in a team environment.
