Responsibilities in the Role

• Identify key contacts and decision-makers within target companies and build relationships as necessary through consistent cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other means.

• Conduct market research to identify prospects aligned with agency goal strategies across all industries.

• Consistently drive prospects into leads through high-volume outbound sales activity.

• Conduct audits to assess the prospect's deficiencies that align with agency solutions.

• Craft personalized, compelling content to increase engagement.

• Develop cadence campaigns to ensure consistent and effective outreach with follow-up.

• Daily calls along with email and LinkedIn messages.

• Proficient in Microsoft

• Work closely with the team to strategize more effective sales methods

• Work with the creative team to support content marketing goals  


Requirements and Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Self-motivation, competitive mentality, encouraged by challenges and determined by nature

• Experience in B2B sales, executive corporate level is a plus

• Experience closing business originating from cold sales

• Organized and proficient in time management

• An aptitude for research and analysis to understand market needs

• Strong presentation skills are a plus

• Experience using ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to prospect

• Proficient in writing, documenting, tracking, and reporting

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent track record of success in new business development
