We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Senior Consultant with a specialized focus on Data Integration and Front Office Transformation in investment management. The ideal candidate will excel in data-driven analysis with experience in portfolio management, model management, complex benchmarking, and hands-on experience using leading platforms such as Charles River Development (CRD), FactSet, Jacobi and other investment management tools.


About the Role

  • As a representative of the client’s internal data team, collaborate with portfolio managers, investment analysts, technology vendors, and service providers to analyze, design, and implement data-driven portfolio management solutions
  • Optimize data flows and integration points for portfolio construction, performance analysis, risk analytics, and investment implementation.
  • Leverage extensive experience in portfolio model management and data integration to support advanced techniques such as risk-adjusted returns, asset allocation, and performance attribution.
  • Define, streamline, and integrate data processes for portfolio construction, rebalancing, execution, to enhance automation and accuracy across front-office systems.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate data integration across portfolio management, risk analytics, and trade execution, enabling consistent data quality and reporting.
  • Develop and customize benchmarking data models to align with client-specific investment strategies, ensuring data integrity and comparability across investment platforms and performance metrics.
  • Serve as a technical expert in investment management related platforms (CRD, FactSet, and Jacobi is a plus), focusing on data configuration and integration to align with investment and risk management objectives.


Qualifications

  • Significant experience in data analysis and integration within portfolio management, model strategies, and investment analytics.
  • Proven ability to capture, document/depict, and articulate complex data flows and business requirements to a variety of stakeholders at multiple levels of detail.
  • Proven track record in implementing data-driven solutions for risk models, performance attribution, and portfolio construction processes.
  • Proficiency in customizing and configuring investment management platforms and other analytic tools to enhance data-driven decision-making (experience with CRD, Factset or Jacobi is a plus).
  • Background in fund-of-fund portfolio construction, analytics, model management, and investment implementation preferred.
