Position Overview:
- Title: Compliance Analyst / Compliance Officer
- Location: Midtown NYC
- Salary: Up to $100k base + ~15-20% bonus
- Office Requirement: 4 days/week in Midtown NYC, potentially 5 days during training for 1st month or so
- Reporting To: Senior Compliance Manager
- Team Size: 3 (including 1 other Senior Compliance Analyst)
Qualifications:
- Relevant BA/BS Degree
- 1-4+ years in compliance with knowledge of KYC, AML, BSA, OFAC regulations.
- ACAMS (CAMS) certification and eGifts experience are a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and manage SAMS reports/alerts and OFAC-filtered transactions.
- Address compliance issues with branch management and ensure regulatory adherence.
- Handle Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs) and monitor high-risk/PEP accounts.
- Prepare Compliance Committee meeting agendas and review account documentation.
- Adapt quickly and handle diverse tasks in a fast-paced environment.
