We are seeking a skilled individual to help within our facility This person will provide excellent service in accordance with company values, and performs other tasks as assigned, which can include assisting in any area of the facility as directed by management. Depending on where the focus is this could include but is not limited to : Order Entry, Collection or Billing Operations, and/ or help in other areas.
Required Skills & Experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of known brands and generic brand names - Prior Pharmacy Experience
Order Entry:
- Interprets and inputs orders into a computerized medication order system, performs audits, and makes necessary corrections. Also performs calculations including basic mathematical calculations.
- Handles claim issues, maintains current knowledge of Medicaid claim regulations and processes, and may produce reports to keep management informed of unpaid claims and claims pending follow-up.
- Provides excellent customer service in accordance with company values, assists with drug preparation and dispensing under the direct supervision of a pharmacist, and performs other tasks as assigned, which can include assisting in any area of the pharmacy as directed by management.
Contract/Contract-to-Hire Roles:
Compensation:
$__17__/hr to $___19__/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
