- Lead and manage the business operations of all service delivery lines of Diversus Health, ensuring operational excellence and high-quality care for clients in all physical and virtual settings.
- Drive strategic operational growth, ensuring standards of client care, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence within all physical locations, virtually, and across the organization.
- Oversee all aspects of Client Access and Schedule Management Practices which includes Outpatient Operations Support (physical locations), Access Call Center, Referral Management, Medical Records, and Virtual Ops Support Teams.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience through the alignment of people, process, and technology across the client Access to Care continuum.
- Participates in the development of strategic operational goals and objectives.
- Maintains a thorough knowledge of needed changes at both the state and federal level that impact Diversus Health services and operations.
- Serve as the compliance point of contact for all operations activities and responsible for driving forward needed initiatives to meet compliance related requirements.
- Mobility Clause: Based on business need, this position may be needed to work and/or travel on a temporary basis at any premises which the agency currently has or may subsequently acquire or at any premises at which it may from time to time provide services. This position may require that the employee travel with or without notice as needed within the scope of the position responsibility.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or public administration, required.
- Minimum five (5) years leadership experience within a healthcare setting.
- Proven supervisory and staff management experience, to include but not limited to staff development, mentoring, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Strong working knowledge of quality improvement methodologies and approaches; Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma preferred.
- Understands the approaches and methods of process improvement, including planning, setting priorities, systematic performance assessment, implementation, and maintaining achieved improvement.
