NOTICE: We are the real estate company with the highest sales volume in Mexico. As a commission-based job, there is no fixed schedule. However, as a leader of a sales team, the income potential is high (25k average per month). It's important to consider that although this job may be considered as a second income (depending on how you manage your time), dedicating time to attend and develop a successful sales team that generates substantial revenue may will require a significant amount of your time (our managers than win the most working full time win an average of 50k per month). If you feel that you can manage your time efficiently with other job or you have availability for a full time job feel free to apply. About us:

We are Ciudad Maderas, the largest land company in Mexico and one of the largest real estate companies in the country. We are also the first real estate company in history to sponsor a Major League Baseball team (San Diego Padres and Houston Astros) and with this expansion, we hope now to sponsor one of the Miami teams in 2025 (Marlins, Miami Heat, Inter, or Dolphins).


Our strength lies in being the only real estate company that allows our clients from around the world to own land in Cancun and the Mexican Caribbean by investing from $140 per month. The company has 40 years of experience and has completed over 29 projects nationwide (the smallest one consisting of approximately 4,000 lots and the largest one that is in Cancun of 32,000).


As part of our expansion, we have just arrived in Miami, where we are seeking team leaders for our sales teams who will be the first managers and future directors of Florida.


Main responsibilities:

1: Opening the market in Florida (participating in expos, trade shows, conferences, hosting events, networking, etc.).

2: Recruiting and training sales teams.

3: Planning and developing sales and marketing strategies.


Qualifications:

1: Sales experience is required (real estate experience preferred but not necessary).

2: Experience managing sales teams.

3: Desire to expand your horizons and be part of the select sales teams that will promote our projects in Florida.

4: Experience in working on commissions.

5: Understand about investments.
