The firm has extensive experience operating within the Life sciences and healthcare sector, with more than 200 lawyers whose sole focus is on advising clients in all sectors of the life sciences and health care industry. The firm counts 9 of the 10 largest life sciences and health care companies among their clients.


The Chicago office regularly represents healthcare facilities in high-stakes FDA, DEA, and state agency investigations and related litigation. Additionally, they act as regulatory counsel for large-scale, high-profile transactions involving major healthcare players in the compounding space. Candidates can expect to receive significant responsibility and client interaction early on, along with mentoring and professional development opportunities.


The ideal candidate will have:

  • Be a qualified Attorney in the United States
  • At least 2 years of law firm experience, specifically within healthcare and life sciences
  • Be from a JD Class Year of 2022 or earlier
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • Strong writing, research, analytical, and verbal communication skills
