Covenant CPA LLC, with locations in Willow Street and Ephrata, PA, provides full-service accounting, tax, and consulting solutions to individuals and businesses in South Central Pennsylvania. We are currently seeking both CPAs and EAs to fill vital roles leading tax and accounting engagements for a diverse range of clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review individual and business tax returns and financial reports
  • Lead engagements throughout multiple phases of accounting including tax research, tax planning, bookkeeping, and preparation of payroll and sales tax returns and financial statements
  • Develop and cultivate client relationships while providing consulting, tax recommendations, and financial records analysis
  • Remain abreast of industry trends and tax laws
  • Train and supervise staff


Qualifications:

  • CPA Position: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA certification and 3+ years of public accounting tax experience
  • EA Position: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree with an active EA Certification and IRS PTIN
  • Ability to effectively lead tax and accounting engagements
  • Attention to detail with strong communication, organizational, leadership, analytical, problem solving, client service and PC skills including MS Excel and QuickBooks software proficiency (UltraTax proficiency is a plus)
  • Ability to juggle priorities, manage multiple engagements and deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
