Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Power Platform and Microsoft Dynamics Developer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our technology department, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions utilizing the Power Platform and Microsoft Dynamics suite of products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application development, a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, and a passion for creating scalable and efficient solutions.


Responsibilities: • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. • Design, develop, and customize solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 platform to meet business needs. • Develop and maintain custom Power Apps canvas and model-driven apps, including UI/UX design, data modeling, and integration with other systems. • Implement and customize business process flows, workflows, and business rules using Power Automate. • Create reports and dashboards using Power BI to provide actionable insights and drive decision-making. • Perform system integrations with third-party applications and data sources using connectors and APIs. • Conduct code reviews, optimize performance, and ensure best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle. • Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 and Power Platform features, releases, and industry trends. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance professionals, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.


Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365, Model Driven Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. • Preferred strong proficiency in C#, .NET framework, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, SQL, and some Azure services/platforms. • Experience with customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 using plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript, and Web API. • Hands-on experience with building canvas and model-driven apps in Power Apps. • Highly proficient in designing and developing complex Power Automate workflows and business process flows. • Strong understanding of data modelling and data relationships. Experience in data modeling, data migration, and integration with external systems using RESTful APIs and OData endpoints. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate are a plus.
