Job Description: As a Graphic Designer at Sojos Capital, you will be at the forefront of our branding and marketing initiatives. Your role involves designing compelling marketing collateral and branding assets for Sojos Capital and its subsidiaries. You'll work both independently and collaboratively to enhance our brand presence and support the company with internal branded documents and files. This role is perfect for a creative, detail-oriented individual proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong grasp of design principles, color theory, typography, and branding.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design high-quality marketing materials including brochures, flyers, posters, social media graphics, and presentations.
  • Create and maintain branding assets such as logos, style guides, and templates for Sojos Capital and its subsidiaries.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to conceptualize and execute visual content that aligns with the company's brand identity.
  • Produce internal branded documents and files, ensuring consistency and professionalism across all materials.
  • Handle diverse projects and design styles to meet the unique branding needs of each subsidiary.
  • Consistently meet deadlines to ensure timely delivery of design projects, adjusting and coordinating effectively with other departments.
  • Stay updated on design trends and continuously bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.


Required Competencies:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with intermediate to advanced skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and branding.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple projects with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
  • Knowledge of multimedia design is a plus.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in graphic design within the corporate field.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and projects.
