Cybersecurity (ForgeRock Developer)
Role Description:
Provide thought leadership related to current and future customer plans with regard to protecting customer information technology from cyber threats. Design and implement protections for information architecture. Design secure architecture to include the software, hardware, and communications to support the total requirements as well as provide for present and future cross functional requirements and interfaces.
In this role, you will architect and implement a self-hosted, cloud-based ForgeRock CIAM solution to replace a legacy CIAM system in a federal organization. System components include ForgeRock AM, IDM, DS, IGA, and IG. You will work closely with stakeholders and other IAM teams to define system requirements, architect and deploy each product, and cutover functionality from the legacy solution to the new stack.
Responsibilities:
• Work across IAM workstreams to architect and deliver a CIAM solution to serve a complex enterprise and applications both on-premises and in the cloud
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships and expectations
• Serve as a trusted advisor for your teams and review deliverables to ensure quality
• Educate about and advocate industry standard best practices
• Stay current with new technologies and products related to CIAM and make recommendations for their use
Required:
• Ability to obtain a US government security clearance
• At least 8 years of experience designing and implementing IAM solutions.
• At least 4 years of experience implementing CIAM solutions, 2 years of which implementing ForgeRock solutions
• At least 2 years of experience managing a team
• Comprehensive knowledge of: CIAM functions and implementation principles, Agile development methodologies, IAM's place in a zero-trust security architecture, and Team management
• Thorough knowledge of: Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), OpenID Connect (OIDC), Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), and Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) APIs
• General knowledge of: REST APIs, Organizational Change Management (OCM), Identity governance and administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and at least one major cloud service provider (CSP) – AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Preferred:
• Experience implementing ForgeRock self-hosted products
• Possession of a ForgeRock certification
• Possession of an advanced, industry-standard cybersecurity certification, such as (ISC)2 CISSP, ISACA CISM
• Experience working in or with the US federal government
• Possession of a US government security clearance
