HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- Access Management: Oversee security and access management, including setting up roles and managing user provisioning and de-provisioning.
- Audit Compliance: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external auditors, ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Key Controls and GxP regulations.
- Control Adequacy: Collaborate with Infrastructure, Application Support, and Information Security teams to ensure adequate controls and documentation standards.
- Compliance Oversight: Maintain oversight of third-party relationships in line with Application Managed Services requirements, ensuring compliance and security.
- Procedure Development: Develop and implement procedures and training materials for IT system operations, ensuring all processes align with compliance standards.
- Security Reviews: Conduct periodic reviews of core system security, implementing corrective actions as necessary to maintain compliance.
- Audit Support: Organize and maintain records for audit support, ensuring all requested items are readily available.
- License Management: Monitor license plans against actual usage, ensuring proper compliance and utilization.
ARE YOU A BUSINESS APPLICATION OPERATIONS ROCK STAR?
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Assurance, Information Systems Management, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with ITIL, ServiceNow, change control, and release management.
- Experience in Risk Management, Vendor Management, or Operational Risk Governance is a plus.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOX, SOC1, SOC2, or GxP is advantageous.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of IT operations, especially in security and compliance.
- Experience with user and access management systems.
- Knowledge of compliance standards and audit processes.
Personal Qualities:
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively liaising with auditors and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proactive and results-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
