Project Coordinator for Motion Graphics

Our client, a well-known entertainment company in Burbank, is looking for a Project Coordinator for Motion Graphics to join their team for a 9 month contract. This position will be hybrid and based out of the Burbank office.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage Graphics Department's incoming requests and help to balance the workload of the department
  • Working closely with Lead Title designers and Designers to complete and deliver projects on time
  • Work effectively with producers and editorial staff to appropriately prioritize motion graphics projects and resources
  • Track project elements and status to ensure accurate and timely client delivery
  • Assist in maintaining organized project folders and assets
  • Offer ideas on improving organization and communication


Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 1+ year of Motion Graphics experience is required
  • Advanced proficiency in the following software: Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Zoom, and Slack
  • Somewhat proficient in Adobe Suite, Cinema 4D, and other Project Management software
  • General understanding of post production workflows, especially in Entertainment Marketing
  • Passionate about graphic design and motion graphics and a willingness to always be learning
  • Laser focused attention to detail, with strong organizational skills
  • Trusted to work with highly confidential information
