What you will do as the Sales Coordinator:

• Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets by providing administrative and logistical support
• Coordinate sales activities and ensure the timely delivery of marketing services to clients through internal teams
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and dashboards
• Manage marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders
• Draft, review, and finalize contracts for marketing services
• Negotiate rates and terms with vendors to secure favorable agreements
• Ensure all contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements
• Create and present marketing proposals to internal teams and account managers
• Provide internal teams with the resources and information needed to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Utilize Excel to analyze data, track performance metrics, and generate reports

What you will bring to the Sales Coordinator role:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Proven experience in sales coordination, project management, and contract negotiation
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
