Analyst Position:

Are you ready to dive into the fast-paced world of investment banking? Cascade Partners is looking for a passionate and driven Analyst to join our team in Southfield, Michigan. In this full-time role, you'll be at the heart of the transaction process, engaging in a variety of high-impact activities that drive our success. You will conduct in-depth market, industry, and valuation research, build and refine financial models and analyses, identify potential acquisition targets, and draft compelling pitch books and investment memoranda. Collaboration is key at Cascade, and you'll work closely with our Managing Directors, Directors, Vice Presidents, and Associates, gaining unparalleled exposure to and interaction with senior-level executives at client companies.

Attributes & Skills

·        Motivated self-starter and team player.

·        Demonstrated technical and analytical skills with an aptitude for financial modeling. 

·        Significant proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Focus on Skills Development

·        Responsible for collecting and organizing raw Data

·        Learning the Cascade deal processes and how to produce deliverables

·        Balancing competing priorities


Education & Experience

Undergraduate degree required/ MBA is a strong advantage

Minimum 1+ years of experience in finance, accounting or related services


Compensation

Position’s compensation commensurate with experience and will be eligible to participate in Cascade's incentive compensation/bonus program. Benefit package includes health care, dental, vision, life insurance, short- & long-term disability, FSA, HSA and 401K.
