Job Description

As a Cyber Crisis Management Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the organization’s preparedness and response to cyber incidents. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Identifying stakeholders within the organization.
  • Scheduling up to two kick-off meetings with identified stakeholders.
  • Develops, designs, and implements business continuity program initiatives and projects, in collaboration with team members and stakeholders
  • Assists business partners by offering constructive solutions and expert guidance that support continued resilience improvements
  1. Document Management:
  • Developing SOP's and Documentation
  • Obtaining program documentation (such as policies) from the company.
  • Identifies independent business resilience initiatives across the organization and helps to develop coordinated solutions
  1. Workshops:
  • Scheduling and preparing materials for up to ten one-hour workshops with stakeholders to define a response structure for handling cyber/ransomware incidents.
  1. Crisis Management Playbook:
  • Supporting Development of an Enterprise Ransomware Crisis Management Playbook.
  • Outlining guidelines for an overall business response during high-impact cyber/ransomware events.

Qualifications

Candidates for this role should have experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Business continuity
  • Cyber crisis management
  • Disaster recovery
  • 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity, crisis management, or related roles
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to be agile in working through projects.
