What you'll do:


As an Associate at Eanet, PC, you'll handle a diverse range of employment matters, including litigation of PAGA, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims. You'll have the chance to showcase your skills by drafting impactful motions for summary judgment and other dispositive motions. You will also provide advice and counsel to employers, includes crafting employee handbooks, agreements, conducting trainings, crisis management, and investigations.

Qualifications:


· California bar membership is required.

· At least four years of solid employment law experience.

· Excellent legal research, writing, verbal communication, and analytical skills.

· Effective and efficient problem-solving capabilities with the ability to work independently and proactively.
