This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves mentoring sales reps, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to hit revenue goals.Responsibilities:Manage and motivate the sales team to hit monthly KPIs and sales targetsTrain team members on new products, strategies, and company policiesOversee daily department operations, lead hiring, and support onboardingMonitor performance and coach underperforming reps to successLaunch creative incentive programs to drive short-term and long-term revenueResolve customer complaints and ensure high satisfaction levelsAnalyze sales data to grow territory and improve resource allocationManage bi-weekly payroll, PTO tracking, commissions, and performance bonusesStay in touch with clients and keep them updated on new product linesTravel to client sites as neededQualifications:Experience leading and managing a sales teamStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to coach and motivate team members effectivelyProficiency in performance tracking and data analysisWillingness to travel, Reliable transportation is requiredBilingual: Proficient in Spanish (written and verbal)Must reside in Chicago, IL📩 Apply now to join a team that values growth, leadership, and results.
