Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to join the End User team responsible for meeting room and AVI function and support for a Pharmaceutical client's IT team. The team is currently undergoing a digital signage project and conference room updates. This individual will be response for overseeing and managing the day-to-day activities of these 80 conference rooms. In order to be successful, this person will be organized, take initiative, and have previous experience with upgrades and deployment delivery in physical meeting room spaces or using similar technologies. In these three months, this consultant will be executing the scope, dependencies, timelines, and stakeholder management. In doing so, the team will expect project plans to be created and managed by this individual, as well as, regular status reports and charters. This includes stakeholder management, financial management, and site management as this person works with site leads and internal stakeholders. This individual will host daily scrum meetings and assist with communication plans and meeting minutes. The completion of this project will be determined by a cohesive exit strategy and activity plan for 2025. Preferably, this person will come from an AV/infrastructure background with several successfully deployed projects for an internal team. This project will require 5 days a week onsite in Titusville, NJ, and we will only consider candidates who are bold and take initiative.


Qualifications


  • 5+ years of project management experience on an enterprise IT team, working with and managing several different cross-functional teams
  • Expert in meeting room technologies, AVI technologies, and O365 products including Exchange, Windows, etc.
  • Previous experience managing timelines, finances, and communications for a program
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and leadership skills
