A Public Sector client of ours is looking for a Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Specialist to work on their ongoing project in the Indianapolis, IN office.



Below are the additional details of this role:


Required Skills:


We need a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in the following.


  • Tableau, Power BI, SAS/R, Excel for data visualizations
  • SAS/R, Python, etc. for data cleaning and automations
  • Demonstrated experience with data manipulation, including cleansing, standardizing, and transforming;
  • Specific and extensive knowledge of statistical software, open-source programming languages, and database querying;
  • Experience in leading workshops or training sessions;
  • Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities;
  • Advanced knowledge of the application of software engineering process tools;
  • Advanced knowledge of project management theories and practices and the ability to apply that knowledge;
  • Ability to use logic and critical thinking to address issues efficiently and effectively;
  • Ability to understand the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making;
  • Familiarity with using and interpreting data structures and relationships;
  • Ability to understand how change management methodology aligns with and enhances project management and implementation;
  • Effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
  • Possess at minimum a bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience (related certifications, trainings, professional work and/or coursework)



This role can be W2 or 1099/C2C and is open for anyone with valid work authorization in the US. H1B transfer candidates are more than welcome to apply for this role.
