The manager serves as a liaison among internal teams, state agencies, vendors, and other subject matter experts, while leading multi-agency and enterprise GIS projects.Key ResponsibilitiesGIS Implementation & OperationsCoordinate the implementation of Esri GIS server software and desktop applications.Oversee day-to-day operational tasks for enterprise geospatial services.Stakeholder & Vendor CoordinationAct as a liaison between the DTMB Geospatial Services team and:State agenciesVendorsOther subject matter expertsProject Coordination & LeadershipCoordinate GIS projects that involve:Multiple agenciesEnterprise solutionsContinuous upgrades, maintenance, and support of large GIS systemsServe as a team lead, providing guidance for:Esri software deploymentsUpgradesData integrationsEstablish project timelines and identify resource needs.Requirements & PrioritiesGather requirements and priorities from state agency GIS stakeholders.Ensure stakeholder needs are translated into actionable project plans.
