Hybrid role - 2 Day per week onsite (Mon/Tues) A leadingorganization is seeking a Geospatial Projects Manager to oversee and advanceenterprise -level GIS initiatives. This role is ideal for a collaborative,solutions -driven professional who can manage complex implementations, aligntechnical efforts with business needs, and ensure the ongoing optimization ofgeospatial systems.Responsibilities:· Lead,coordinate, and execute GIS projects across multiple business units andstakeholders.· Manageimplementation, configuration, and administration of Esri enterprise serversoftware and desktop applications.· Overseeday -to -day operations of enterprise geospatial services, ensuring reliability,performance, and data integrity.· Serveas the primary liaison between technical teams, internal departments, vendors,and subject -matter experts.· Developproject plans, establish timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress tosuccessful delivery.· Supportongoing upgrades, integrations, migrations, and maintenance of large -scale GISenvironments.· Gatherand document requirements, priorities, and use cases from diverse GISstakeholders.· Provideleadership, guidance, and support to project team members and contributors. Requirements · Minimum3 years of professional GIS experience, including hands -on work with Esrisoftware.· Minimum3 years of experience managing geospatial projects, programs, or deployments.· Proficiencywith Esri ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, and related tools.· Strongunderstanding of GIS architecture, data models, and implementation bestpractices.· Demonstratedability to communicate with both technical and non -technical audiences.· Provensuccess managing concurrent projects in a structured, deadline -drivenenvironment.· Excellentorganizational, coordination, and problem -solving skills.Vital Tech Solutions is an Equal Opportunity AffirmativeAction employer.
