Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Consultant at Nice Heating & Air. The Consultant will be responsible for HVAC design, customer service, sales, training, and providing HVAC solutions to clients in the DMV area.


What You’ll Do:

  • Bring the Comfort: Meet with our customers on-site to assess their HVAC needs and recommend tailored solutions that fit their home and lifestyle.
  • Create WOW Proposals: Prepare and present personalized options, complete with equipment choices, pricing, and financing options that make it easy for our customers to say “YES”
  • Stay Connected: Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction, because at NICE, we treat every customer like family.
  • Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Work hand-in-hand with our technicians, project managers, and office staff to ensure smooth, seamless service from start to finish.
  • Keep Learning: Stay on top of the latest HVAC products, technologies, and industry trends—because we never stop improving


Qualifications

  • HVAC Design and HVAC skills
  • Customer Service and Sales abilities
  • Training experience in HVAC
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems and products
  • Certifications in HVAC or related field are a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
