Sales Analyst

BGSF has joined with a manufacturing company in search of a Sales Analyst in a temp-to-hire position.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the TABLEAU reporting system. Maintain the current system daily, assist team members with training, look for improvement/refinement opportunities, and evaluate effectiveness of the system annually.
  • Manage sales web presence and become the point of contact for internet sellers and enforce MAP program.
  • Work with RSM’s to establish new internet distributors.
  • Manage the Sales portion of the contact management system (HUBSPOT), including the gathering input from sales team, managing sales design, testing, and maintenance.
  • Manage customer pricing structure, including analysis of price increases, communicating any changes, and maintaining price system.
  • Maintain AVANT AutoCalc pricing system (requires advanced Excel Skills).
  • Develop annual Excel based Sales Budget.
  • Coordinate Sales KPI’s, tracking and reporting.
  • ADHOC analysis as needed (ie Offering Optimization, Competitive Analysis, Market Penetration and trends, revenue trends, etc..).


EXPERIENCE and SKILLS

Bachelor's Degree in Business, preferred

Experience on TABLEAU, required

Proficiency on Microsoft Office
