Then this opportunity could be the right fit for you.Responsibilities:Manage and improve operational practicesAllocate resources and materials to meet project deadlinesTrack and forecast operational trends and analysisProvide daily operations oversight for outside teamsCollaborate with management and customers to develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs)Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practicesDevelops warehouse operations system improvements by analyzing process work flow, manning and space requirements, and equipment layout; implementing changesEnsure compliance with wage and hour laws, including approving time cards, scheduling time off, and assigning breaksMaintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulationsConduct safety investigations and draft incident reports for executive reviewMust be able to maintain and grow existing businessMonitor operational performance, assess quality and delivery requirements, track KPI metrics, and publish monthly resultsOversee all team operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and on budgetInventory and quality controlExperience:BA in Business, Management , Engineering or related fieldLEAN, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement and Process EngineeringFood/Pharma/Chemical5 plus years of Warehouse Operations Management experienceWarehouse Distribution management experienceEnsures compliance with all safety policiesAbility to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organizationJasleen Kaurjasleen@ajuliaexecutivesearch.comAjulia Executive Search is a search firm specializing in Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Legal and Pharmaceutical positions.
